From ZIP to first export.

  1. Download the ZIP from this site or from GitHub Releases.
  2. In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin (or Activate if installed from the directory).
  3. Activate NBH Backup.
  4. Open NBH Backup → Export and create a Full archive.
